UNPUBLISHED CIVIL OPINIONS FROM THE MINNESOTA COURT OF APPEALS

A07-802

In the Matter of the Civil Commitment of:
Keith Roy Harding.

WRIGHT, Judge
Appellant challenges his continued civil commitment as a developmentally
disabled person, arguing that the evidence is insufficient to support
the district court's determination that he is developmentally disabled
and that the district court's findings were insufficient as a matter of
law. We affirm.

A07-212

In re the Marriage of:
Lonn J. Viele, petitioner,
Appellant,

vs.

Patti Ann Viele,
Respondent.

WRIGHT, Judge
In this dissolution appeal, appellant-husband argues that the district
court erred in (1) awarding wife sole physical custody of the children
and awarding husband less parenting time than he had during the
dissolution proceedings; (2) imputing income to husband without
evidentiary support and calculating his income; (3) determining that the
parties' home and land are entirely marital property; (4) awarding
occupancy of the home to wife without compensating husband; (5)
calculating the amount and duration of spousal maintenance; (6) failing
to credit husband's payments of certain debts against his child-support
and maintenance arrears; and (7) awarding wife conduct-based attorney
fees without making adequate supporting findings. We affirm in part,
reverse in part, and remand.
